The TL660 uses four heavy-duty pneumatic chucks to provide stable clamping for tubes weighing up to 3,000 kg and with round diameters up to 660 mm. Its automatic loading and unloading system supports heavy tube handling, while short-tailing and tube splicing functions support material utilization and downstream fabrication.

Four-Chuck Heavy-Duty Structure
Four pneumatic chucks provide stable clamping for large and heavy tubes. The system supports round tubes with diameters of up to 660 mm and a single tube bearing capacity of 3,000 kg.
Short-Tailing Cutting
The four-chuck configuration enables reverse cutting for shorter tailings, helping improve material utilization.
Tube Splicing Technology
The TL supports more than 50 tube splicing patterns, including square tube, round tube, angle iron and channel steel applications, supporting subsequent welding operations.
HSG-X Bus CNC System
The 21.5-inch touchscreen provides a streamlined operating interface with real-time core component monitoring, early warnings, tube deviation detection and one-click processing reports.
Automatic Loading & Unloading

Power-Off Cutting Restart
